How Do I book my appointment?

We encourage our customers to schedule their appointments through our website.

If you have a coupon, you do not need to enter the code to book. Bring the coupon on the day of your appointment and we will apply it to your payment.

What is you Payment Policy?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and all Credit Cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

What is your Service Policy?

You must be 18+ to use our services even with parental consent.

NO guests or pets are allowed due to cross contamination and interruption.

What is your Cancellation and No Show Policy?

Any appointments cancelled within 1days (24 hrs) of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. You will need to book a new appointment online and pay a new deposit.

- If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refundable and you will be charged half price of the service.

What is your Reschedule Policy?

If you reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit for your next appointment. If rescheduling your appointment outside of the 24 hrs window, you may transfer your deposit to a new date once. After you transfer your deposit to a new date, it is then no longer transferable.


What is your Late Arrival Policy?

We reserve the right to CANCEL and give no refunds if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment and so that the artist may start the next appointment on time. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.

Do you offer Financial Plans?
